The 1st partnership meeting was held in Ghent (Belgium), on the 14th and 15th of December 2022. The meeting was a fruitful opportunity for project partners to get to know each other, to reflect and to organise together on the upcoming tasks foreseen by the work plan.
The meeting saw the Erasmus + DI.S.C.O.P.M.B. project partners actively involved in sharing experiences and thoughts about inclusive care practices in their countries, especially those concerning elderly with a migrant background and their informal caregivers. In addition, partners also brainstormed on the possible contents of the training curriculum that the project intends to implement for students, social and health care professionals to increase their knowledge, skills and awareness about inclusive and person-centred care practices.
