During the transnational meeting held on September 19th and 20th, we delved into many significant topics and made substantial progress on our ongoing projects. Here’s a detailed account of our discussions:
Webinar promotion:
We carefully scrutinized our list of stakeholders and diligently prepared for the upcoming webinars, which are scheduled to be conducted via Zoom in October, November, December, January, and March.
Policy Briefs and European event planning:
Our discussions included in-depth considerations of policy briefs and meticulous planning for the European Event in May 2025, which our esteemed colleagues at ECV meticulously organized.
Project updates:
As we embark on the third year of our project, we achieved important milestones, including the successful completion of three transnational meetings, the completion of the development, testing and dissemination of a training programme, the first major task of our project, and the ongoing progress of an OER (Open Educational Resource), based on pilot-based reviews. These results will soon be available in all languages.
Quality assurance and dissemination:
We are delighted to report that our website has garnered significant attention, attracting 1,494 unique visitors. Additionally, we have successfully published one press release and one newsletter, with plans for another press release and two newsletters in the pipeline.
Social activities:
In addition to our productive sessions, we organized enriching social activities to foster team bonding and relaxation. These activities included a warm welcome dinner at a local restaurant and an engaging guided city tour that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the area’s rich historical and cultural highlights.
The meeting was a pleasant blend of productive work and enjoyable social activities. We are eagerly looking forward to completing next steps of the Project.
